Updating Escort Details for Students Travelling by Private Vans

Greetings!
For the safety and security of your ward, we request you to upload the van driver's photograph in the **Escort Card details** of your ward on the Edunext app.
Once the details have been updated, kindly share a screenshot of the Escort Card with the van driver and instruct them to present it to the teacher during dispersal for verification.
Please ensure that this process is completed **on or before 2 November 2026**.
Kindly note that, with effect from **3 November 2026**, students will not be handed over to van drivers who are unable to present the required Escort Card for verification. This measure is being implemented to ensure the safe and authorised dispersal of our students.
We seek your cooperation in completing this important safety requirement within the stipulated timeline.
