Greetings of the Day!
This is to inform you that the Open House for Grades Nursery to IX has been scheduled for Saturday, 24th October 2026. The Open House will provide an opportunity for parents to interact with teachers and discuss their ward’s academic progress, performance, and areas for improvement.
Please find below the time slots allocated according to roll numbers:
Open House Schedule
Slot 1: Roll Nos. 1–10 — 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
Slot 2: Roll Nos. 11–20 — 9:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Slot 3: Roll Nos. 21–30 — 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
Slot 4: Roll No. 31 onwards — 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Important Instructions:
- Students may accompany their parents to discuss their academic performance and progress with the teachers.
- Students must be dressed in the proper school uniform and carry their school ID cards.
- Parents are requested to ensure that all pending fees are cleared to avoid any inconvenience during the Open House.
- Kindly adhere to the allotted time slot and arrive punctually to ensure the smooth conduct of the meeting.
- Parents are requested to keep their discussions brief and focused so that every parent gets adequate time to interact with the teachers.
