Important instructions regarding PTM

Dear Parents,
Greetings of the Day!
- This is to inform you that the Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for Grades VI to X will be conducted on Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- The PTM will begin at 11:30 a.m. as teachers will be engaged in the student dispersal process and will require time to prepare and organize their classrooms for the PTM.
- Parents who wish to attend the PTM are requested to confirm their attendance by email to the respective Class Teacher on or before 25th September 2026.
Please note the following important instructions:
* The PTM timing is strictly 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Parents are requested to adhere to the given timing.
* Students whose parents have confirmed their attendance will remain in their respective classrooms until the PTM is completed.
* Parents are requested not to arrive before 11:30 a.m. or request the administrative staff or teachers to allow entry into the classroom before the scheduled time.
* Confirmation is mandatory for students who will be staying back for the PTM.
* If confirmation is not received by 25th September 2026, the student will be sent home as per their regular dispersal arrangement—school transport, parent pickup, or private van.
* No changes to the mode of transport/dispersal will be accepted on the day of the PTM.
* Parents are requested to inform the respective Class Teacher about any change in the student’s transport/dispersal arrangement at least one day prior to the PTM. Last-minute changes may not be possible, as teachers may not have sufficient time to verify the request and make the necessary arrangements.
