Important Notice: Reporting Time for Students
05-08-2026
Dear Parents,
Greetings!
Discipline is the backbone of a child's development, and school is the best place to nurture this lifelong value. As educators, we strive to instill habits such as punctuality, responsibility, and respect for rules. This is why we are sometimes firm regarding students' uniform, shoes, hairstyle, and, most importantly, their reporting time to school.
Kindly note that students are expected to report to school by *7:50 a.m.* This practice is intended to cultivate the habit of reaching important places at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time—a value that will benefit them throughout their lives.
Considering the young age of our students and occasional genuine circumstances beyond parents' control, the school allows a grace period up to *8:10 a.m.* However, this grace period is provided only for exceptional situations and *should not be considered the official reporting time*.
We request all parents to kindly treat *7:50 a.m.* as the school's reporting time and plan their mornings accordingly. We also request you not to engage in arguments with the security personnel or school staff at the gate regarding late entry, as they are simply carrying out the school's policies and instructions.
Please understand that sending a student back due to late arrival is never a pleasant decision for the school. However, it is necessary to maintain fairness towards the many students and parents who make the effort to arrive on time every day.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and wholehearted cooperation in helping us instill the values of punctuality and discipline in our students.
Regards,
Principal
