Request for Maintaining Washroom Cleanliness and Hygiene

Dear Parents,
Greetings!
We seek your valuable support in helping our students maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene within the school premises.
It has been observed that a few students have been tearing pages from their notebooks/books and disposing of them in the washroom toilets, resulting in blockages and causing inconvenience to other students who are unable to use the washrooms. We have also noticed that some students are not flushing the toilets after use, while a few have written or scribbled on the washroom doors and walls.
We humbly request you to kindly speak with your child and encourage them to:
* Use the washroom responsibly and flush the toilet after every use.
* Avoid tearing pages from notebooks or books and disposing of paper or any other objects in the toilet.
* Refrain from writing, drawing, or scribbling on the washroom doors or walls.
* Respect school property and help maintain cleanliness at all times.
Your guidance and encouragement at home play a vital role in helping children develop responsible habits, good hygiene practices, and respect for shared spaces. Together, we can create a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all our students.
