Dear Parents,

Greetings!

Kindly note that you can now update the Guardian Details on the Edunext (ERP) portal through both the web portal and the mobile app.

Please follow the steps below to update the details:

Open the Edunext App.
Go to the “All Menu” section.
Under Parent’s Corner, click on the “Attender” option.
On the right-hand side, click on the “+ Add” button.
A new screen will appear—please fill in all the necessary details such as:

Photo
Name
Mobile Number
Email ID
Relation
Click on “Proceed” to submit the details.

Once completed, the details will be updated under the Attender section and will serve as a digital escort card.

We request all parents to complete this process at the earliest.
