Parent Photograph Update on ERP Portal

Dear Parents,
Good afternoon!
Kindly note that you can now update the parent photograph on the Edunext (ERP) portal by logging in through the web portal. The updated photo will be visible on the escort card as well as in the parent profile. These photos will also be used for student I cards.
Please follow the steps below to update the photograph:
1.Log in to your child’s profile through the web portal.
2.On the dashboard, click on the second last option, “Request.”
3.A new page will appear; Go to the Profile Update option then on the right-hand side, click on “Add Request.”
4.Select the request type (Parents photo update) and enter the reason for changing the photo.
5.Scroll down to find the option to upload the photograph.
6.Parents are requested to upload a clear and decent passport-size photograph only.
7.After uploading, tick the declaration box and click on “Submit.”
8.Once the photo is uploaded, the request will be sent to the school.
9.After approval from the school, the updated photo will be visible in your child’s profile.
10.In case of any difficulty, you may visit the school for assistance.
