Important Notice: Fee Structure Clarification (2026–27)
18-03-2026
Dear Parent,
Greetings!
We would like to clarify that there has been no increase in the total annual fees payable for the Academic Year 2026–27 as compared to the Academic Year 2025–26. The total annual fee for students of Grades I to V continues to remain ₹78,000, unchanged from the previous academic year.
For the Academic Year 2025–26, the annual fee was distributed across multiple components, namely:
• Tuition Fees
• Administrative Fees
• Robotics & Coding Fees
• Sports Fees
These components collectively amounted to ₹78,000 per annum.
For the Academic Year 2026–27, the school has rationalized and consolidated the fee structure by incorporating certain components under a single head of “Tuition Fees”, while keeping the overall annual fee unchanged at ₹78,000.
Therefore, the perception of a “20% increase” arises solely due to the change in nomenclature of fee heads, and not due to any actual increase in the total fee payable.
This restructuring has been undertaken in response to requests received from several parents, who indicated that:
For the purpose of Income Tax benefits and reimbursements, it is administratively more convenient when fees are reflected primarily under the head of Tuition Fees.
Parents employed in Defence Services, Central Government departments, Public Sector Undertakings, and similar organizations requested consolidation to facilitate smoother reimbursement claims.
Considering these representations, the school has implemented this change to ensure administrative clarity, convenience, and uniformity, while maintaining the same overall fee structure.
The school remains committed to operating in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework of the State of Maharashtra and continues to maintain transparency in its fee policies and administration.
We have done the same with fees of other classes too.
We value your continued trust and cooperation in the interest of our students and the smooth functioning of the institution.
Warm regards,
Principal,
AISRVT
