Sports Day Circular-Grades III - V

Dear Parents,
Greetings of the day!
This is to inform you that the Sports Meet for Grades III to V will be conducted on Thursday, 29th January 2026, as per the details below:
Event Timings for Students: 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Event Timings for Parents: 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Parents who are not attending the event are requested to pick up their ward at 2:30 p.m. sharp, as the dispersal time will be strictly at 2:30 p.m.
Transport facility will be available for bus students as usual.
Important Instructions:
* Students must report to school sharp at 7:30 a.m. Kindly ensure strict adherence to the reporting time.
* Students should come in complete sports uniform, along with their ID card and sports shoes/school shoes.
Please note that the ID card is mandatory. Students without an ID card will not be permitted to participate in the Sports Meet.
* Kindly send a tiffin, water bottle, napkin, and a cap with your ward.
* Students are expected to maintain discipline and decorum on the school premises and strictly follow all school rules and protocols.
* After your ward’s grade-wise performance, parents may collect their child in an orderly manner, as guided by the teachers, without crowding or causing any disturbance.
Due to the untimely demise of our Deputy CM, there might be a possibility of the sports events getting rescheduled. Any changes in the schedule will be notified to you via the Circular in the Edunext app.
