Submission of Consent Form for Field Trip

Dear Parents,
Greetings!
This is a gentle reminder to please fill out the consent form for your ward available under the Consent Tab on the Edunext app. Kindly note that without the completed consent form, we will not be able to take your ward on the field trip.If you are unable to locate the tab in your parent App,please reply to your child's class teacher through the mailbox with the message;
"Yes,we will send."
Also, please ensure that your ward carries their school ID card on the day of the trip. Both the consent form and the ID card are mandatory for participation.
