APAAR ID Consent Form Submission

Dear Parents,
The Ministry of Education has made the creation of APAAR ID manditory. With this regard kindly take a print of the attached document, fill the necessary details and send it with your ward along with a copy of the ADHAAR Card of either parent (mother or father) on or before 18th November 2025.
Required documents:
- Consent form (attached)
- Aadhaar Card copy of parent
